The aircraft listed on this site are being offered through a private bid process on an AS IS, WHERE IS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED basis.
All aircraft have sustained significant damage and have been deemed a total loss through an insurance adjusting process. Damage may include any or all of the aircraft systems, including but not limited to: engine(s), airframe and propeller(s). A successful bidder will be responsible for all costs regarding the removing and transporting the aircraft from its present location.
Terms and Conditions
All Sales are final and are based on AS IS, WHERE IS, ALL FAULT BASIS condition. The buyer agrees and understands there are NO warranties, expressed or implied, with any aircraft purchased under this salvage agreement. The buyer bears any/all risk as to the condition, usability, workability or operation of the salvaged aircraft or any of its parts or systems, and clean title. Bidders may, and are encouraged, to inspect aircraft at location noted above and to research title of aircraft and engines for liens and encumbrances. No alterations or additions to these terms and conditions will be accepted.
Awards: The salvage aircraft maybe sold to the highest bidder. However, the Company reserves the right to reject any/all bids.
Expenses: All expenses associated with the salvage aircraft (i.e. storage, handling, taxes), commencing seven (7) days after notification of award, regardless whether or not payment has been received, will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
Documentation: Any avionics, instruments, aircraft engine logs, and/or miscellaneous documents in possession of Berkley Aviation, and a Bill of Sale will be provided to the successful bidder upon receipt of a cashier's check.
Payment: Payment must be received from the successful bidder within seven days (7) after notification of award by cashier's check.
